Ms. Ugyen Lhaden, joins as the Program officer in Strategic Planning Division, Office of the Cabinet Affairs and Strategic Coordination, Cabinet Secretariat on 24 September 2025.

Prior to joining the Cabinet Secretariat , she served as the Planning Officer, in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
