The Prime Minister met with Mr. Takeharu Kakeya, Project Manager from Dai Nippon Construction, Japan, who is currently overseeing the construction of the Royal Centre for Infectious Diseases in Gidakom under the JICA Grant Aid. During the meeting, Mr. Kakeya briefly updated the Prime Minister on the status of the project, noting that the work is progressing on schedule. The discussion also explored avenues for future collaboration between Bhutan and Japan, particularly in the areas of infrastructure and public health.
