The Cabinet Secretariat is pleased to announce that Mr. Sithar Norbu (EID noEID no. 200901135, currently serving as the Deputy Chief ICT Officer at the Center for Bhutan Studies & GNH, has been selected for the position of Chief Program Officer for the Public Services Delivery Division (PSDD) within the Cabinet Secretariat.
Mr. Sithar’s extensive experience in ICT and his dedication to advancing public service delivery align with the objectives of PSDD, and we are confident that his leadership will significantly contribute to the continued development of the division.
