The Cabinet Secretariat coordinated a Moderation Exercise Sensitization Meeting with the RCSC Focal Commissioner and the team from the Leadership Talent Division (LTD). The meeting was attended by the Cabinet Secretary, Directors, Chiefs, and the HR team at the L Room, Cabinet Secretariat. During the session, the Human Resource Officer (HRO) presented an overview of the Moderation process and the criteria that will be considered for the upcoming Moderation exercise scheduled for July 2025. Following the presentation, a range of topics were discussed, including the set criteria, force ranking, and the category of “Partially Meeting Expectations” (PME), among others. The session concluded with a fruitful and engaging discussion.

The Cabinet Secretary conveyed appreciation to the Focal Commissioner and the LTD team for taking the time to visit the Cabinet Secretariat and facilitate the sensitization session.
