His Majesty The King granted Dhar to Mr. Sonam Tobgye to appoint him as the Dzongdag of Haa Dzongkhag.

Dasho Sonam Tobgye was serving as Director at the Cabinet Secretariat prior to his appointment. He joined the Civil Service in 2006 as a Programme Officer and has since rendered dedicated and commendable service at the Cabinet Secretariat.

With his vast experience and professional competence, the Cabinet Secretariat family extends its heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed Dasho Dzongdag Sonam Tobgye and wishes him every success in his new assignment.
