The Government is pleased to announce the launch of the ESP Education Loan Scheme to support eligible class XII passed students to pursue undergraduate or diploma courses in Bhutan (including self funding), and India. Vocational training courses in India are also open to TVET graduates. The scheme offers concessional 4% per annum interest rate, with loan amount up to Nu 1.5 million.

Eligible students can submit the application online or in person at any nearest Bank of Bhutan Limited (BoBL) branch offices within August 31, 2025.
