Today, the Prime Minister met with H.E. Mr. Ignazio Cassis, Federal Councillor and Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of Switzerland. During the meeting, the two sides acknowledged the shared characteristics and experiences of Bhutan and Switzerland, appreciating the values and principles that connect the two nations. The Prime Minister also praised Switzerland’s longstanding reputation for unity and stability.

The meeting underscored the desire to further deepen the warm and friendly relations between the two countries.
