Following the approval of the 153rd HRC meeting held on October 28, 2024, the Cabinet Secretariat is pleased to announce the shortlisted candidate for the position of Assistant Monitor and Coordination Officer under the Time-Bound Project, Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) Secretariat.
The shortlisted candidates are requested to appear for the written test, which is scheduled on October 31, 2024, at 2:00 pm at the Zhichenkhar, Center of Bhutan and GNH Studies, Conference Hall, Lanjophakha. Please bring the original CID copy for identification and pen and pencil for the exam. No calculators shall be allowed during the exam.
The written test shall consist of three sections:
- Part I: Aptitude Test (Multiple Choice)- 25 questions 1.5 marks each
- Part II: Data Interpretation (Multiple Choice)- 25 questions 1.5 marks each
- Part III: Essay Writing- 1 question 25 marks
The total duration of the exam shall be two hours and fifteen minutes including reading time.
The top 15 candidates shall be invited for viva voce. The date, venue and time will be communicated later. The final selection will be based on the written 60% and viva 40%. For any clarification, please contact Human Resource Services at 17699821 during office hours.
